According to The Citizen, Rulani Mokwena is now the leading candidate to take over from Riveiro. While Pitso Mosimane was initially a strong contender, sources reveal that Mokwena’s potential availability after Wydad Casablanca announced they would part ways with him at the end of the season has elevated him to the top of the list.
Soweto Derby Double-Header: Pirates vs Chiefs
In an exciting twist, Orlando Pirates will face Kaizer Chiefs twice in quick succession towards the end of the 2024-2025 season. First, the two giants will clash in the Betway Premiership on Saturday, May 3 at 15:00, followed by a showdown in the Nedbank Cup final on May 10.
