According to transfer rumors, Belgian side Standard Liege is keen on signing Nkota. The club has reportedly been tracking his progress ever since his time in the Pirates reserve team.
It’s been revealed that Standard Liege has now taken the next step, officially approaching the Buccaneers to discuss the potential transfer.
“Standard Liege’s interest began when he was still playing in the DDC, and they were interested in him even without him going through trials. They’ve been keeping an eye on him ever since, and they’ve recently stepped up their pursuit because they’ve been impressed by his performances,” an insider shared with Soccer Laduma.
