Kaizer Chiefs Stumble to Another Crushing Defeat as SuperSport United Clinch 4-1 Victory

Kaizer Chiefs’ tough season continued with a disappointing 4-1 loss to SuperSport United on Tuesday, 18 February 2025, marking their seventh defeat in the PSL. The match saw former Chiefs players Samir Nurkovic and Christian Saile score for SuperSport in the first half. In the second half, Gamphani Lungu and Siphesihle Ndlovu added two more goals, leaving Chiefs struggling to recover.

Bradley Cross and Yusuf Maart were heavily criticized by Chiefs supporters on social media following the defeat. To make matters worse, Chiefs ended the match with 10 players after Gaston Sirino was shown a red card for receiving two yellow cards.

The loss was another setback for the struggling Amakhosi, who are haunted by their past performances and continue to face challenges in the PSL.
