The former Real Madrid player praised the Chippa United goalkeeper for his consistent and impressive performances, claiming that Nwabali has what it takes to reach the pinnacle of Nigerian football.
Despite initial struggles to break into the Super Eagles squad, Nwabali has now become the undisputed first-choice goalkeeper, surpassing Maduka Okoye and Francis Uzoho. His remarkable displays for Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast have sparked interest from Kaizer Chiefs, who have been keeping an eye on him ever since.
