A top European club is reportedly interested in signing South African international Relebohile Mofokeng from Orlando Pirates. The Bafana Bafana star has attracted attention from several European teams since last summer, though he has expressed a desire to remain with the Buccaneers for now. In addition to European interest, a major African club is also keen on the young talent, although they have not yet made their intentions official to Orlando Pirates.
Mofokeng could potentially leave Pirates during the upcoming summer transfer window, with European giants like Barcelona said to be closely monitoring his progress. The 21-year-old has been one of the standout players in the Premier Soccer League since being promoted to Pirates’ senior team two seasons ago.

According to reports, Barcelonaβs B-team coaches have been keeping a close eye on Mofokeng, having made inquiries through contacts in South Africa, including PSL coaches.
