Kaizer Chiefs loanee Sabelo Radebe has been sent back from Richards Bay FC after struggling to make an impact with the club.
Radebe, who joined Richards Bay FC in September with hopes of gaining more first-team experience, has had little playing time since his move. The 25-year-old forward only featured in three competitive matches for the Natal Rich Boyz, all of which were brief substitute appearances, totaling just 19 minutes on the field across all competitions—12 minutes in the league and 7 minutes in the Nedbank Cup.
Due to his lack of contribution, the Richards Bay technical team decided to end his loan spell prematurely, with the loan set to conclude before the season’s end.
Radebe will now return to Kaizer Chiefs for the remainder of the season. However, his future at the club beyond June 2025 remains uncertain, especially with coach Nasreddine Nabi planning to bring in new players to strengthen the squad.
