Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi is experiencing a turnaround in his coaching career after a difficult period that saw the team struggle in the lower half of the league table. Recently, the team has started to show signs of improvement, with notable victories against Stellenbosch FC and Sekhukhune United. The support from AmaKhosi fans is growing for Nabi, who is considered one of Africa’s most sought-after coaches.

Nabi’s success at Chiefs has attracted interest from his home country, Tunisia. Reports suggest that the 59-year-old is being considered for the role of head coach of the Tunisian national team, though Nabi has not commented on the matter yet. According to KickOff, Tunisia is reportedly eyeing Nabi as one of the potential candidates for the position.

The Tunisian Football Federation is said to have allocated a salary of $9,000 (R166,000) per month for their next national team coach. Nabi is reportedly on the shortlist, along with other candidates like free agent Sami Trabelsi, Maher Kanzari of Stade Tunisien, and Mehdi Nafti, the manager of Al-Khor SC.

Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs are also eyeing a potential transfer target for next season. The club is reportedly interested in AmaZulu playmaker Rowan Human, with sources suggesting that Chiefs are considering him as a key addition to their midfield for the upcoming season. Scouts have reportedly been impressed with his performances, and Chiefs had previously shown interest before he joined AmaZulu from Maritzburg United. With their attention now refocused on him, it will depend on the outcome of the season whether the move materializes.
