Pretoria, South Africa – Parents of pupils at Waterkloof Hoërskool have come forward with disturbing allegations of sexual grooming at the school.
The principal—whose name is withheld for legal reasons—is accused of giving inappropriate hugs to female students and making inflammatory comments blaming girls’ uniforms for provoking such behaviour.
According to outraged parents, the principal reportedly suggested that pupils were intentionally seductive by wearing uniforms exposing their shoulders and knees—remarks that have sparked fury and demands for urgent investigation.
“Our children deserve to learn in a safe environment, not one where they feel unsafe or blamed for harassment,” said one concerned parent.
The school community is demanding accountability and calls for swift action from the education authorities to ensure the protection of learners.
