EFF leader Julius Malema has sharply criticized the racial dynamics within President Cyril Ramaphosa’s delegation during a recent Oval Office meeting in the United States.
Malema pointed out that all the white members of the delegation spoke, implying their voices were amplified solely because of their race, while black ministers like Khumbudzo Ntshavheni and Ronald Lamola remained silent throughout the discussion.
“Their only permission to speak seemed to be the colour of their skin,” Malema asserted, condemning the racial imbalance and lack of representation of black leaders in crucial diplomatic talks.
The comments highlight ongoing concerns about racial inequality and power dynamics within South Africa’s political landscape—even on the international stage.
