Musician and record producer JR Bogopaβs highly acclaimed Feel Good Live Sessions is making its debut on SABC1 with 10 brand-new episodes set to captivate audiences. After gaining popularity on YouTube, the music series is now expanding its reach, bringing intimate performances by both established and emerging South African artists to the channel.
The show has always been a platform where artists can showcase their raw, authentic performances. According to JR, the vision for Feel Good Live Sessions is to offer musicians a space to express themselves in the most genuine and unapologetic way. βThis platform allows artists to be vulnerable, authentic, and true to their artistry,β JR explained. βItβs about connecting with the audience on a deeper level and offering a rare, behind-the-scenes look at their creative process.β

The series will premiere on Friday, 22 November 2024, at 18:00, with its first episode featuring the talented Babili Amos Shili, known professionally as Aymos. Upcoming episodes will showcase exciting performances by a stellar line-up of South African artists, including Manana, Nanette, Priddy Ugly, Phila Dlozi, 25K The Plug, Mnqobi, Halo, Murumba Pitch, Azana, Daliwonga, and Moneoa.
