It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of Richard Edward Foxton, the beloved husband of South Africa’s esteemed former Public Protector, Professor Thuli Madonsela.
Foxton’s quiet strength and unwavering support were a cornerstone in the life of one of the country’s most respected public figures. Though private about his own life, his impact was felt deeply by those close to him.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to Prof Madonsela and the entire Foxton family during this difficult time.
