The episode, featuring Gigaba’s ex-wife, Norma Mngoma, was set to delve deep into the tumultuous details of their marriage, reportedly exposing infidelity, a pornography addiction, and allegations of misusing public funds. Hosted by media personality Relebogile Mabotja, the interview was promoted as a candid and emotional reveal—but now finds itself locked in legal limbo.

On June 24, 2025, Gigaba’s legal team filed an urgent application to prevent the episode from airing, citing the risk of “irreparable reputational damage.” The Gauteng High Court ruled in his favor, temporarily halting the broadcast pending a full legal review.
