Durban, South Africa β€” A desperate search is underway for 19-year-old Dylana Morgen, a recently qualified flight attendant who vanished from her Trenance Park home under alarming circumstances tied to alleged drug activity and threats against her family.

Morgen, who lives on Caper Crescent, disappeared around 10:30 AM on Saturday morning without notifying her family. Her sudden absence raised red flags when relatives discovered her phone abandoned in her bedroom β€” a sign that something was amiss.

Upon reviewing her WhatsApp messages, the family uncovered disturbing communications with an adult male from Ethekwini. The chats reportedly included images and videos of cocaine, along with a suspicious cough syrup-laced drink β€” pointing to involvement in drug use. The man, believed to be a drug dealer, admitted over a phone call that Morgen was at his residence but then cut off contact with the family.

Matters took a darker turn when a second man joined the conversation and issued chilling threats, warning the parents to stay away from his area or face deadly consequences.

Local authorities, including Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA), have launched an investigation and are actively searching for Morgen. Officers now possess a photograph of one of the suspects and are working to verify the identities and locations of the individuals involved.

The case has sparked public concern, not only for the safety of the young woman but also over the apparent ease with which vulnerable youth can be pulled into dangerous criminal networks.

Anyone with information is urged to contact local law enforcement immediately.
