Through their manufacturing youth development program, the company aims to empower the youth with skills and training via their initiative 12-month trainee program.

Successful applicants will be placed and deployed in these areas:

• PPC Aggregates – Mooiplaas (x3)
• PPC Aggregates – Laezonia (x1)
• PPC Rosebank (x2)
• Pronto – Silverton and City deep (x2)
• 3Q Mahuma Concrete – Witbank (x1)
• Ulula Ash – Kriel (x1)
