We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Manager to lead and shape the technology services within our business. In this role, you will design agile IT operations strategies, craft technology solutions tailored to business needs, and manage our IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user capabilities. You will ensure that technology services are fit-for-purpose, adhere to industry standards, and maintain data integrity, security, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Organizational and Departmental Strategies: Align IT goals with overall business objectives to drive operational efficiency.
  • IT-Business Alignment: Ensure seamless collaboration between IT and business units to meet evolving technology demands.
  • IT Department Management: Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including staff and resource management.
  • Strategy Development and Execution: Contribute to IT strategy formulation and ensure successful execution.
  • Infrastructure Management: Administer and manage routers, VLANs, WAN, servers, and firewalls.
  • SOP Development: Oversee the creation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the IT department.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Draft and manage SLAs to ensure services are delivered according to agreed standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify IT business risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Policy Development: Develop, refresh, and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • IT Procurement: Drive IT procurement processes in alignment with finance and procurement policies.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT policies and processes.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: A Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • Certifications: ITIL, COBIT, and Project Management qualifications.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience as an IT Manager, with at least 2 years of experience in the financial sector.
