The Gig:
As our ideal candidate, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating events that wow our clients and leave a lasting impression. You’ll work closely with our talented team, amazing clients, and top-notch suppliers to deliver events that exceed expectations.
Your Superpowers:
- Develop and manage comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets
- Secure stunning venues, catering, and accommodations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers like a pro
- Oversee all aspects of events, from pre-production to post-event evaluation
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs
- Communicate effectively and address client concerns with ease
- Gather feedback and prepare detailed post-event reports
Your Toolbox:
- Proven experience in event project management (agency experience a plus!)
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Bonus points for event design, theming, and certification in event management!
