Job Opportunity: Restaurant Manager – Lead & Inspire!

Are you a dynamic and experienced leader in the hospitality industry? Our client is seeking a Restaurant and Front-of-House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house staff to create a positive, efficient work environment.
- Guest Experience: Ensure outstanding service and resolve any guest concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
- Operations: Manage day-to-day activities, including inventory management, opening/closing procedures, and health and safety compliance.
- Communication: Collaborate with kitchen staff, vendors, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Event Management: Coordinate special events, private parties, and reservations, ensuring smooth execution.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management to meet financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and experience building successful teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans, with strong communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
