South African media personality Zizo Tshwete is mourning the loss of her beloved mother, Reverend Nonceba Beda, who recently passed away. In a heartfelt tribute shared on social media, Tshwete expressed deep gratitude for the profound influence her mother had on her life. “Thank you for one of the most meaningful relationships of my existence – the one between me and the one you trusted to bring me and my siblings into the world, the relationship between me and noMama,” she wrote, reflecting on the special bond they shared. Tshwete went on to thank her mother for instilling values rooted in faith, saying, “Enkosi kakhulu for teaching us about a life centred on and in Jesus Christ.”
Reverend Nonceba Beda’s passing has left Tshwete and her family devastated, but they are finding comfort in her legacy of love and spiritual guidance. The funeral for Tshwete’s mother is scheduled for Friday, November 8th, in the Eastern Cape, where she will be laid to rest. In her tribute, Tshwete closed with a message of love and remembrance, “Rest ngoku, beloved Reverend Nonceba Beda. 🤟🏾❤️,” as she bids farewell to a woman who shaped her life in countless ways.
