Self-proclaimed prophet Paseka “Mboro” Motsoeneng has expressed his frustration with popular podcast host MacG, following comments made about him during an episode of Podcast and Chill. Mboro, who is the leader of Incredible Happenings Ministries, took issue with MacG’s question to a guest about “fake pastors,” specifically mentioning Mboro and controversial pastor Shepherd Bushiri. Speaking on The Real Talk podcast, Mboro said he felt the remarks were damaging to his reputation and baseless. “I went to MacG’s podcast, and while I was warmly welcomed, I was disappointed by the question he asked about fake pastors,” Mboro explained.

The 57-year-old pastor accused MacG of using the controversy to attract more viewers, pointing out that MacG’s own struggles with alcohol and smoking make him unqualified to judge others. “He thought attacking me would grow his audience, but I’m not condemning him. I understand he’s dealing with his own issues,” Mboro said. Despite his frustrations, he made it clear that he doesn’t hold animosity toward MacG, expressing empathy for his situation.

Regarding the frequent association of his name with the term “fake pastor,” Mboro vehemently denied any such claims, asserting, “I’ve never performed a fake miracle. The people I pray for are healed.” He emphasized that his work as a man of God is genuine and that only those who truly understand scripture have the authority to criticize him. Mboro also mentioned that he had attempted to reach out to MacG to address the remarks but received no meaningful response.

Mboro, who began his ministry in 1985, is considering creating a documentary to clear up misconceptions about his life and work. In response to the controversy, MacG refuted the claim that he called Mboro a “fake pastor” and suggested that listeners refer to an earlier interview for context. When asked for further clarification, MacG indicated he would respond at a later date, citing his current holiday.
